The Gomez-Pritt Family Blog

We put our house up for sale and got a little puppy at around the same time.  Needless to say, that between keeping the house clean for showings, chasing kids, puppy training, keeping the house clean, looking for homes, car shopping and the hollidays, there has not been tons of time for pictures and posting.  Now it's time to catch-up. 

Starting with Sasha, out little Shih-Tzu puppy.  My family had Lhasa Apsos growing-up and they are the perfect little dogs to have around.  Smart, quiet, clean and definately good watch dogs.  Shih-Tzus were bread from the Lhasas and share many traits and since I couldn't find a Lhasa breader, we ended up with a Shih-Tzu.  She leaned the sit command in one training session and stay in another.  She can stay on command while I sweep and mop the kitchen floor and uses her doggy door on a regular basis to do her business.  She loves snatching toys, shoes, socks, her food dish and whatever she can get her paws on and take them outside for her chewing pleasure.
