Sunroom

Here is the completed sunroom pictures I promised.  It doesn't have heat or a/c but with the windows and door to the house open the a/c keeps the room cool in the summer.  Natalia and I love to hang out here and I think it's my favorite room in the house, after the garage of course.

Aquí están las fotos de la habitación de afuera como prometí.  No tiene ni aire acondicionado ni calefacción pero en el verano si dejamos las ventanas y puerta de la casa abiertas está fresquita.  A Natalia y a mi nos encanta pasar tiempo aquí y creo que es mi habitación favorita de toda la casa, ¡después de la cochera claro!

Primera nevada

Would you believe me if I told you that it snowed more in this one snowfall than during all winter last year?  Maybe the kids will actually be able to go sledding this year.

Aunque a lo mejor no me lo creais, cayó más nieve en esta nevada que en todo el inverieno del año pasado.  Los peques quizás podrán tirarse por las cuestas con sus trineos este año.

Ruben's B-day

Ruben celebrated his big #2 on December 1st which now gives him official license to be "terrible," not that that has stopped him or anything.  He really enjoyed his frosting and sprinkles which makes me so glad we didn't spend a lot on a cake.  Also, now it gives him something to complain about when he is older and looks back on his 2nd birthday when he only got a little cupcake. 

Rubén celebró su cumpleaños de dos años el primero de diciembre y eso quiere decir que oficialmente puede ser capullo.  Disfrutó mucho la crema de su pequeña tarta y el dulce que echamos por encima pero no tanto el pastelito, menos mal que no compramos una tarta cara.  Y el darle un pastelito en lugar de una tarta normal le da la oportunidad cuando sea más grande de quejarse de su miseria de tarta que recibió.

Family Pics

Every time we get family pictures I always leave thinking it was a waste of time.  The kids are always squirmy and don't sit still for the pictures but then we see them and we are always surprised some of them turned out.  Natalia and Alejandro are pretty easy but Samira and Ruben are a little more challenging. 

Siempre que sacamos fotos de la familia pienso que es tiempo malgastado porque los peques siempre están moviéndose y inquietos para las fotos.  Pero siempre estamos sorprendidos con los resultados.  Natalia y Alejandro son más fáciles pero Samira y Rubén complican la cosa.
