I really look forward to watching the Olympics every couple of years. The dedication and talent of the athletes that participate from any country is truly inspiring. Man I love the olympics!

I am really excited about the World Cup action coming up this summer. Does the US have it in them for another upset like we saw in the Confederations Cup this year in South Africa? Here are some of the US supporter's chants courtesy of One Goal.

These pictures were taken back in October and since I was posting so much back then, well here you are.
Estas fotos se sacaron en octubre y como no ponía tantas fotos en aquel entonces, pues aquí están.

Adiós amigo mío
A good hat is as hard to come by as a winning lottery ticket and once you find one, well, it´s hard to part with. My awesome sister Lou bought me this Harley Davidson hat (even though I'm a Honda kind of guy) 10 or more years ago and since then we've been inseperable, as you can tell. Sadly it´s time to get rid of it and start the search for another.

The Tooth Fairy
Natalia had her four front bottom teeth pulled to make room for her two bottom permanant teeth coming in. The tooth fairy I'm sure is bound to leave lots of loot!
A Natalia tuvieron que sacarle sus cuatro dientes delanteros de abajo para que sus dos dientes permanentes tengan espacio. Seguro que el Ratoncito Perez dejará algo muy bueno!

Remi Gaillard
Don't watch this video unless: 1. you are prepared to spend some time watching others, 2. you are near a bathroom. It is "dangerously funny." This guy Remi really is crazy and not just because he dares to don a speedo. My favorite part is the chase. Enjoy.

Sledding
When it comes to sledding, there are many rules to live by; most of them learned through painful experience. Some of mine are: make sure you are going fast enough to clear the little stream at the bottom or bail off before you get there (sledding in soggy snow clothes isn't fun) and, try not to land on your wrist while attempting a 360 or don't attempt one at all (broken wrists hurt a lot) and, when you tube down the very steep side of a reservoir, be prepared to sit on a doughnut pillow because going from mach 5 and coming to an abrupt stop as you hit the ice at the bottom can never be good and, well, I could go on and on.
Anyway, both Natalia and Alejandro learned valuable lessons today while sledding. Natalia learned to quickly get out of the way after she got taken out and Alejandro learned to watch for that bare spot in hill.

Boy or Girl?????
Eli had her 20 week ultrasound and we hoped to see the gender of the baby but no, the baby didn't want to cooperate though it did give us a good profile picture. We are excited but a little nervous at the same time to go from 2 to 3. Natalia will be an angel with the baby and Alejandro hopefully doesn't try to body slam it like he tries to do with Sasha, our small dog.

Biti Love
Alejandro has many loves. He loves cars and trains and Tom and Jerry and he really loves his bike but nothing really comes close to the love he has for his "biti" (biti = binkey + chupete / Alejandro). He would trade any of his treasured posessions for one or a handful of bitis. Now that we have another kid on the way we need to break him of the biti but how can we take it away when he loves it so much?
